Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management to meet the identified customer business needs. Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. Focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management; leveraging Microsoft-based solutions as needed. Lead workshops with clients and prospects to drive decisions around their finance and/or supply chain requirements Function as an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success through various methods such as solution blueprints, design reviews and cross-workstream collaborations to provide a total solution. Provide guidance and oversight of data migration as well as any required customizations and reviewing functional design documents. Work with the development team as needed to ensure that the customizations meet the client needs and follow Microsoft best practices. Lead client discussions to review possible solutions to the business requirements presented and leverage standard functionality where possible. Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with functional analysts, architects, and developers to communicate requirements for a complete solution. Monitor the progress and quality of the project in collaboration with the project manager and project governance team.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.Must have 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, with a focus in one or more of the following areas:
Must have 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: system design and/or information systems.
Must have 2 years of experience with relational database concepts.
Must have 3 years of experience in translating business requirements into IT solutions, including gathering business and technical requirements, solution design and build, testing, and solution deployment.
Must have 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams.
Must have 2 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: supervising onshore and/or offshore delivery teams.
Requires domestic travel up to 50% to serve client needs.
