Digital Marketing Content Manager, Personal Health ASEAN
You are responsible for
- Managing local online excellence and contribute to the growth our brand preference and market share.
- Monitoring Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper CDJ optimization across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R and digital teams (including Product detail pages and Brand Stores)
- Driving R&R excellence
- Improve Philips.com performance, including PDP, SEO and the validation of translation & localization of (new) global initiated content
- Support local initiated campaigns with deployment and / or creation of CRM campaigns, landing page(s) and retailer channel specific activation
- Drive App (P+ & B+) where applicable
- Manage Owned social where applicable
- Optimize Professional journeys where applicable
- Brief and co-ordinate relevant external agencies
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in relevant discipline
- Digital Content Management or CRM experience preferred
- Digital Mindset
- Customer First & Quality Mindset
- Change management in the media thinking (internally and externally)
- Action Oriented and data-driven, clearly define decision-making process, use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders
