Your key responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business advisor to EY stakeholders, both internally and externally, leading the Quality Team in support of all in achieving their goals and objectives reliant on Quantitative Value obligations.
- Provide exceptional service to Sourcing Managers whilst delivering Quantitative Value through contract value realization.
- Lead a team of three team members in execution of the Quality framework across Global Procurement
- Understand our global supplier footprint, types of contracts signed, and supplier deliverables and obligations as defined in the contracts, demonstrating a strong understanding across Global Procurement categories to ensure that Quantitative Value is maximized.
- Ensure quality engagement with business stakeholders, procurement specialists and supplier account teams where applicable.
- Drive improvements in processes, policy, systems, management information and reporting.
- Build strong relationships with business partners including Legal (GCO), Global Client Serving Partners, Sector Leaders where applicable.
- Manage the training, development and performance of team members, helping them develop their leadership, strategic development skills, supplier relationship management expertise and people management skills.

- Strong business acumen with financial and commercial skills, specifically across the spectrum of Quantitative Value to maximize return across a broad array of categories within Global Procurement.
- Understanding of key financial drivers, along with strong numerical skill sets.
- Strong negotiator and influencer capable of driving alignment with sourcing managers and key senior stakeholders and leaders.
- Solid leadership skills
- Highly collaborative team member valuing cooperation and teamwork.
- Extensive knowledge of the Finance landscape with deep understanding of offerings that can maximize our Quantitative Value return.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- The ability to drive change by building strong, trusting relationships across all levels of Global Procurement and Supply Chain Services.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Business Degree (or relevant degree for this role) preferably within Finance, Procurement or both.
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience including experience across Technology, Talent, and Brand, Alliances and Brand, Marketing & Communications.
- People management experience.
- Be highly analytical and numbers driven.
- Be laser focused on data accuracy.
- Be future driven, i.e. be prepared to question how things are done today, versus how they could be done in the future.
- Be ambitious and curious.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in business English.
- Experience with a global, culturally diverse organization.
- Experience working collaboratively, virtually and independently.
