This role is for a motivated individual with strong analytical, technical background to join us as Senior BIE. You will be responsible for designing and supporting best-in-class business analytics solutions and help leadership make impactful business decisions. You will own the design, development of analytics & science solutions to support key Capacity Planning initiatives. You will continue to raise the bar for creating scalable, efficient , automated processes for large-scale data analysis.
Key job responsibilities
- Partner extensively with Capacity Planning leaders and Supply Chain Planners proactively identify analytical needs, translate them to BIE/Science solution designs- Develop best practice to reduce coding effort by reuse where applicable; replace complex data handling steps with innovative design and simpler tools/utilities- Use AWS S3, Redshift, Athena, Quicksight, Tableau, LLM to produce reliable solutions. Enable seamless integration between BIE solutions and Strategic Planning, Excel models
A day in the lifeThey collaborate directly with customers (Sr. Manager, Principal Supply Chain Managers and Principal PMTs) to translate business issues to technical opportunity statements/requirements along with design concepts.

- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
