What you will accomplish:

• Lead the development of React Native applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability

• Architect robust mobile solutions that can handle the demands of a rapidly growing user base using React Native

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a user-centric approach

• Ensure code quality, organization, and automatization, setting standards for the team to follow

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the mobile development domain

• Stay ascertain of the latest React Native updates and industry trends, applying standard methodologies to our development processes

• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to enhance code quality

• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to cultivate their growth and ensure team skill enhancement

Who You will bring:

• Proven experience as a Staff Engineer and strong proficiency in React Native framework

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript and deep understanding of React Native and its core principles

• Experience in building mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms

• Solid knowledge of mobile app development processes and lifecycles

• Experience with common development tools such as Node, Yarn, NPM, etc.

• Consistent track record of crafting and integrating with APIs and understand the flow of data

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and leadership skills, leading projects to successful completion

• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies

• ​​Experience in fixing accessibility issues is a plus

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field with 12+ years of experience or MS with 10+ years of experience
