The salary range for this position is $69,000.00 - $103,000.00. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers
- Provide and facilitate technical expertise for our IA solutions
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field service engineers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Industrial Automation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
