- - - - Preferred Qualifications ----

  1. Master's Degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  2. 4+ years of experience as Engineering Manager
  3. Exposure to or experience with:
  4. Product engineering
  5. Scalability engineering
  6. Distributed systems
  7. Team building:

  16. Expertise in monitoring success through effective use of measurable metrics and KPIs.
  17. Track record of delivering results in fast-paced and highly ambiguous environments
  18. Expertise conducting thorough reviews and post-mortems, performance management, mentorship, and employee development.
  19. Passion for engineering excellence, demonstrated by championing quality, pushing for excellence, and achieving continuous improvement.
  20. Expertise in partnering with talent acquisition to drive hiring excellence and obtain quality hiring results.
  21. History of developing employees and up-leveling the organization.
