Plan and Organize External Communication Campaigns: Work with the head of Marketing and Communications to serve as the main point of contact for the media. This includes understanding how the media operates, building and maintaining relationships with journalists, coordinating information with stakeholders, drafting press releases, and assessing their impact.
Oversee Content Creation: Identify and research relevant topics, engage stakeholders, and generate content for web and print platforms, including articles, blog posts, social media content, and press releases.
Develop Content Strategy: Work collaboratively with your team and partners to craft a unified content strategy.
Provide Communication Support: Offer expert advice and assistance on communication matters to internal teams.
Understand Stakeholder Needs: Cultivate a profound understanding of the needs and expectations of clients, prospects, employees, and industry partners.
Perform Administrative Tasks: Ensure the accurate execution of the media plan and handle diverse administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French; German and/or Luxembourgish is a plus.
Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of managing relationships with key media contacts.
Experience in content creation and management for various communication channels.
Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
