As Junior HR Officer, you will support the HR Business Partner team, that will coach you, guide you and help you grow every day. You will be able to develop a thorough understanding of the HR functions and stakeholders in a large international firm as well as our HR Business Partner processes and policies across different departments.
Your responsibilities:
Participate to the accuracy and operational delivery of the end-to-end HR Business Partner processes in close collaboration with our HRBP team (Reports per department, Cross-teams projects, etc.)
You will be responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help streamline all processes
Manage and keep up to date HR data in our HR systems
Support and participate to the evaluation process organization
Support the HR Business Partner team in the Talent Digital transformation by being involved in performance improvement projects
Closely collaborate with other HR teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
Provide periodic reports and statistics and PowerPoint presentations
Provide administrative support and assistance to our HR Business Partner team in their day-to-day tasks
Your profile:
You hold a Degree in Business Administration, Information System or Human Resources and a first experience would be an asset
You are fluent in English and French (any other language would be considered as an asset)
Ideally first experience in working with an HRIS such as SAP-SuccessFactors
Ideally you also have experience using Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, etc
You are able to handle sensitive matters and ensure confidentiality
You know how to work autonomously and prioritize tasks
You are well organized, flexible, team player and have excellent communication skills
You are willing to learn and to develop your skills about HR and your technical capability
