Your key responsibilities:
- nam to support its function (i.e. answer phone calls, respond to emails etc.) in order to develop and implement a key account strategy that takes into consideration all service lines.
- Assist EY professional team to deal with Chinese clients – translation and coordination if required.
- Coordinate, manage and participate in client meetings and relationship building activities as assigned by partners and department management;
- Coordinate branding events such as webinar, seminar and present in Chinese for specific audit/taxation/accounting topics;
- Research, collect information and report to partners and department management regarding Chinese investors in Vietnam market;
- Generating promotion tools and maintaining EY presence in social media, such as Wechat/Line group;
Maintaining Client Relationships
- Supporting to arrange visit for potential clients monthly;
- Work to receive and improve the customer’s feedback and communication to ensure a constant flow of interaction.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Vietnam nationality
- Excellent Chinese and English (Chinese at HSK6 level)
- University degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting Business Administration, Marketing, Chinese language or related subjects);
- Have an interest in economic/finance issues, willing to learn and sense of confidentiality;
- Can work in high pressure and independently, have problem - solving skills;
- Professional, confident, outgoing with good interpersonal skills;
- Proactive and committed long-term working team player with a good sense of humor;
- Strong organizational/coordination skills, attention to detail and ability to managecompeting demands on time and priorities effectively;
- Ability to influence at all levels, competence to challenge and obtain commitment to actions, and experience of working directly with senior level executives;
- Excellent computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel);
- Good presentation skills;
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independenly;
