- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience as a practicing attorney focused on employment law at a law firm or as in-house counsel for a company.
- Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advising on compensation-related matters and wage and hour issues.
- Experience in advising on Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning matters.
- Experience providing employment law advice and counsel to a multinational employer.
- Experience in interacting with NLRB, EEOC, state and local EEO agencies matters.
- Experience in direct or indirect (e.g., via a secondment) in-house.
- Ability to be flexible in a changing environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once.
