In this role, you will work closely with both Microsoft engineering teamsOriginal Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) who build security products on Windows to help deliver secure,and compatible solutions for our customers. You will have the opportunity to help partners successfully adopt and integrate with new features including the Windows endpoint security platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+years' experiencein relevant technical domain (e.g., operating systems, security, application development), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support or cross-group/cross-functional engineering

• OR equivalent experience.

• 2+ yearsofindustry experience with Windows operatingsystem,cybersecurity,orapplication development

• yearsof program management experience, including cross-group collaboration anddemonstratingeffective communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+years' experiencein relevant technical domain (e.g., operating systems, security, application development), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering

• OR equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience with Windows operating system,security,and application development.

• 5+ years of Program management experience driving multiple simultaneous projects with high attention to detail, including cross groupcollaborationanddemonstratingeffectivecommunication.

• Experience collaborating with external engineering partners to design, build, or integrate technical solutions. This includes working across organizational boundaries to align architecture, drive joint development efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure successful delivery of shared goals.

Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year.
