What you’re applying for

We’re searching for an outstanding Director of Media Partnerships to manage our Media Partnerships channels, including price comparison sites, lead gen aggregators, content and reviews sites, and online affiliates. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Revenue organization leadership in driving our growth strategy and plans.

In this role you’ll
  • Lead a decentralized, global team of growth leads and specialists to acquire new partnerships and manage/grow existing channels, managing a P&L of over $50M+ in revenue

  • Manage quarterly growth budgets and activities, working closely with your team and other Revenue growth squad leads, to achieve company growth targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue, Product, Data Analytics, and other stakeholders to define partnership goals and priorities

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of initiatives and make data-driven decisions

  • Spearhead new media channels and partnerships, and develop sophisticated growth strategies, owning both strategy and execution

  • Build and foster strong relationships with our partners, acting as the face of the company and working with executive-level stakeholders to represent Lemonade

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in media partnership channels, preferably within a large-scale B2C operation

  • At least 3 years experience managing highly efficient teams who consistent outperform expectations

  • Comfortable managing a multi-million dollar P&L, and a track record of delivering results and achieving sales and budget targets

  • Strong problem-solving skills; you use data to build and constantly improve your strategy

  • Ability to manage complex partnerships and initiatives from conception to delivery

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing strategies, business development

  • Fluent in English

  • Familiarity with Agile/cross-functional environments

  • Ability to work in an office environment a minimum of 3 days a week
