Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
5 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:
Demonstrating supply chain management experience to drive meaningful definition of supply chain issues and transformation required.
Managing cross-functional projects with large teams and experience with stakeholder management, creating project plans, and managing requirements and deliverables using project management tools, such as Jira
Implementing technical solutions in the space of supply chain and planning solutions
Conducting process mapping for As-is and To-be processes using process mapping techniques and tools, such as Miro
Communicating with global teams across various functions and seniority levels, keeping a broad team informed and engaged
Using Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies to identify the appropriate project methodology given project objectives, nature of teams involved and timeline
Conducting on risk management, including identifying potential risks, assessing their impacts, and planning mitigation strategies
Conducting resource planning and management, including assessment, allocation, and utilization of resources, including team members and capital budget
