Your responsibilities will include:
- Build relationships with manufacturing plant leadership, finance, and program workstream teams, as well as global strategy and corporate accounting teams.
- Develop detailed financial budgets and forecasts incorporating historic, trended, and current business information. This includes operating expenses, capital expenses, and headcount budgeting.
- Monitor workstream and functional spending and detailed savings versus expectations and articulate variance drivers, opportunity, and risk through robust reporting and analytics
- Lead deep dive reviews with program workstreams during the budget-building phase and monthly reviews to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of spend and savings.
- Perform financial analysis and recommend alternative courses of action by utilizing appropriate financial tools and creative problem-solving.
- Present to upper management & business partners and provide guidance on variances, trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and utilize sound financial processes, with an eye towards process improvements and efficiencies. Actively seek out and address challenges to bring forward new and effective solutions.
- Support ad-hoc requests and projects when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting
- 4+ years of financial analysis, planning, and business support experience
- Proficient in consolidating, synthesizing and reporting on large amounts of financial data
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
