Pay Details:
$47,200 - $70,800 CADTD is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. Job Description:
Hybrid Contact Centre position
Full-time - 35 hours/week - must be available evenings
Monday & Saturday are mandatory working days
Full-time paid training approximately 10 weeks
License not required but an asset
Must be fluent in English and/or Bilingual with English/French would be an asset

After completing in-person training and onboarding sessionsthe rolein a hybrid workplace model as there is a mix of collaborative and independent activities associated with this position. You are expected to work from a TDat least 2 days a week and you have flexibility to work from your secure, private home office on other daysminimum system requirements (ex: high speed internet, etc.).Please be advised that hybridmodel details may change based on business needs/requirements.The hiring manager will providehow this works for their team.

Post secondary education and/or relevantexperience
