1. Installing, servicing and retrieving data center & network hardware.
2. Troubleshooting network installations & configurations.
3. Adhering to strict customer SLAs.5. Coordinating remote hands & eyes for remote support.
6. Actively participating in small to mid-size projects to build new or expand existing sites and deployments.
7. Connect and troubleshoot rack power connections and other facility resources.
8. Produce reports to management on metrics and project status.
9. On-call duty will be required.About the team

1. Proven experience with data center equipment and rack build/installation.
2. In depth operational understanding of networking hardware: copper and optical fiber cabling, switches, routers and server hardware and associated troubleshooting.
3. Experience with Network Protocols: TCP/IP, Ethernet, L2/L3 technologies.

- Several years working in a data center operations environment.
- Proficiency in 1 or more network operating systems - Cisco IOS, NX-OS, Junos.
- Industry standard certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Linux/Unix configuration.
