Product Vision and Strategy: Define the strategic direction of the product, aligning it with the overall vision and objectives of Yotpo and the Email and SMS group.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Define the product roadmap from ideation to development and launch, ensuring that product development and execution align with business goals and customer needs.
Prioritization and Milestones: Continuously assess business needs, establish priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities and risks.
Team Leadership: Lead, hire, and mentor a team of product managers, fostering a culture of top-notch product methodologies, creativity and excellence.
Customers-focus and Data-driven decision-making: Utilize customer usage data, interviews, market research, UX insights, and adoption metrics to identify, design, experiment, and iterate on product decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with technical and business teams, as well as other product leaders within Yotpo, to ensure seamless product delivery and integration within the broader Yotpo Platform.
Requirements
Strong leadership and mentorship skills
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a product-first company
At least 3 years of experience as Director of Product or a similar leadership role
Extensive experience driving both UX-intensive projects and projects that involve technical integrations
Experience in working on a wide-scale product with thousands of customers in collaboration with other product groups
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Technical experience – a huge advantage
