Create seasonal demand based on the historical data, current sell-out trend and promotional activities.
Collaborate closely with the ECOM team to ensure the volume and value (RRP) of the range plan align with seasonal open to buy (OTB) targets. Update the demand forecast in the system accordingly, using monthly split logic and article master checks.
Regularly address gaps between the demand plan and the latest business plan by maintaining clear communication with the brand and channels for accurate demand forecasts.
Provide timely and detailed demand plans to the supply chain, ensuring alignment with requested granularity.
Monitor stock levels regularly to balance supply and demand efficiently
Order Management
Oversee ranged articles and operational timelines to ensure all regular and spot orders are created and consolidated within the designated cut-off times.
Deliver consolidated orders with proper summaries by the cut-off date and track seasonal order progress in line with OTB targets to provide business insights.
Generate business reports on actual orders, serving as a single data source for various purposes.
Buying Process
Support the regular buy review process and timelines, ensuring alignment with Global schedules.
Facilitate internal discussions across functions (brand and channels) to align purchasing decisions with business status, marketing plans, and inventory levels.

High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge to challenge and drive consensus between brand & channels
Demand Planner with proven track record
Sufficient understanding of SCM process
Proven methodological skills (e.g., data analysis, trend forecasting)
Good Commuication Skill in both Korean and English
Experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones management)
Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
Experiences on various modules of ERP system(AFSand APO DP)
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing and/or SCM
Over 5 years of sales and/or marketing and/or SCM experience
