Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the engineering team with a passion for mentoring and growing top engineering talent.
- Drive execution of various data solutions by collaborating with crossfunctionall teams in business analytics, product, engineering, etc.
- Provide technical leadership, driving and performing the best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large-scale, cross functional, and company-wide critical programs.
- Identify, leverage, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
- Create a brand for your team by socializing your team’s amazing accomplishments in various internal forums as well as externally via meetups, blogs and conference talks.
- Generate energy, and questions that drive ideation and design creativity, encourage questions and a higher level of thinking.
Qualifications
- BS, MS, or Ph. D. in CS, EE or equivalent.
- 10+ years’ working experience in software development with at least 3 years’ management experiences.
- Proven track record of developing successful data and analytics products to bring data value to business.
- Experiences in data management including data quality, security, and governance.
- Experiences in web-development, big data development; provide tech leadership and industrial best practices to the team.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Fluent in both verbal and written in English.
- Working Experience in a Multi-national Company is a plus.
