4+ years’ experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered impactful business solutions
Hands on engineering leader who can nurture working with highly motivated and extremely talented engineers to work on high visibility online products
Extremely familiar with end-to-end concepts development and technologies.
Proficiency in one or more key technologies including React, Java, Javascript, NoSQL· Proficient in front-end and back-end architecture & design
Understanding of industry-leading technology/solutions in APIs, SDKs, SaaS
Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders. Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen
Organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and the entire engineering team on track in a distributed global engineering ecosystem best practices, and developer platforms and tools.
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies
Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience
