Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Apps to meet business requirements.
• Create automated workflows and processes using Power Automate to streamline operations.
• Utilize Copilot Studio to enhance application development and improve user experience.
• Manage and implement solutions using Dataverse for data storage and management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and debugging.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides.

• Skills and attributes for success
  3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Dataverse for data management and integration.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio and its application in enhancing development processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or SQL is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Apps Developer, Power BI).
• Experience in developing custom connectors and APIs.
• Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based solutions.
