Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned professional for the position of
Associate,Senior Manager Commercial Creditto lead a team of Credit Analysts, providing guidance to ensure business results and professional and personal development objectives are achieved. You, in this role, will structure more complex deals in the market and lead the overall credit portfolio, ensuring structured deals meet risk policy. You will deliver a superior customer experience while driving profitable business growth, in line with business strategy. Furthermore, you will:
- Lead the execution and achievement of the businesses customer and partner experience targets; coach and model appropriate behavior and execute plans to continuously improve customer experience
- Structure and package competitive credit solutions in a timely manner to meet customer needs as required
- Act as a consultant to the team in resolving customer operational and credit issues to deliver a positive customer experience
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the business plan, goal setting, growth strategies and coaching for the Unit
- Build new relationships and deepen existing customer relationships by consistently following the Business Banking Relationship Methodology and coach team to do the same
- Meet or exceed business targets for the unit
- Oversee, lead, and coach a team of commercial credit analysts while growing talent, developing skills and capabilities to achieve career goals and business results
- Supervise credit management function for moderate to highly complex commercial accounts
- Provide coaching, mentorship and guidance within area of expertise
- Manage the overall team providing both leadership and guidance and contribute to the development of business segment strategic priorities within field of specialty
- Develop annual and long-term plans for own area and influence plans well beyond area managed
- Set targets and objectives for the team and deliver results
Job Requirements :
- Undergraduate degree and/or over 10 years of relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of industry with expertise on risk and control functions
- Comprehensive knowledge of business and operational functions supported, process management and related processes
- Extraordinary leadership and planning skills to handle teams with functional diversity and complexity and multiple points of internal and external contact
- Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
- Strong communication skills with a positive approach that can liaise with cross functional teams, colleagues, partners, and employees
- Robust organizational and team management skills with the ability to work in a demanding environment and handle multiple deadlines and changing priorities
