The Position
The Account Manager would directly report to the Regional Sales Manager and the main scope of accountabilities includes but is not limited to:
- Identify decision-makers at the client level, understand their key needs and provide solutions to help meet their challenges while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Build a partnership with strong, long-lasting relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in order to meet and exceed sales targets as set out by the sales manager.
- To become a trusted partner in providing detailed product knowledge and clinical support where our technology is being utilised.
- Be able to identify growth opportunities in the area, develop plans and execute to full completion within a realistic timeframe.
- To be able to engage with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Perform periodic update with respective Sales Force and Business Review meetings with the Regional Sales Manager
- Record customer information and activities in company’s CRM system.
Skills And Experience Required
- 3 + years’ experience in a sales role.
- Cardiac physiology, Biomedical Engineering degree, Scientific degree, business education or nursing education will be preferable
- Experience in a Cath lab would be ideal
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Must have excellent collaboration, communication and influencing skills
- Must be able to work within a fast paced, high demand environment
