In this role, you will:

• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

• Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

• Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

• Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

• Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• 3+ years of experience with programing language languages such as Java and C#, APIs, etc.

• 2+ years of design, develop, and deploy LLM-powered applications and services.

• 1+ year of experience with NLP techniques such as tokenization, embeddings, transformers, and attention mechanisms.

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Experience with deploying machine learning models in production environments and integrating ML into applications.

• Knowledge of ML Ops practices and tools.

• Knowledge of Rule Engine Technology

Job Expectations:

• AI Development: Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

• Machine Learning Knowledge: Apply machine learning techniques, including deep learning, and reinforcement learning, to create innovative solutions.

• Data Analysis: Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis to prepare datasets for AI model training.

• Performance Optimization: Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency in production environments.

• Project Management: Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of AI features and enhancements.

• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

Pay Range

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
