Description
As the Solution Architect for AppleCare Finance, you will represent AppleCare Finance in multiple, parallel SAP projects with the goal of ensuring accuracy in financial treatment of AC Sales and Supply Chain activities in SAP. In the process, you will:- Closely engage with regional and global AC Finance teams to comprehend finance business requirements and effectively translate them into technical requirements for IS&T - Generate and vet possible solutions; build, test, and refine models- Perform thorough user acceptance testing to ensure the projects meet all Finance requirements before any system changes are implemented
Minimum Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience with systems implementations and software development life cycle
- Implementation experience of SAP ECC 6.0 FICO, SD, COPA, CCM modules is required
- Implementation experience in SAP FICA/BRIM for usage and subscription based business is highly preferred
- Experience in migrating from SAP ECC 6.0 FICO to S/4 HANA including SAP RAR module is preferred
- Expert understanding of Bundle Sales Revenue accounting in SAP is required
- Expert understanding of Deferred revenue recognition solutions in SAP is required
- SAP New GL, Document Split experience is preferred
- Service, support, warranty contract, and/or supply chain experience preferred
- Possess a strong process re-engineering aptitude
- Ability to work comfortably with high level of ambiguity and complexity
