You’ll have the opportunity to make a huge impact. Specifically, you’ll perform the cost engineering for assigned work streams on the Program. This will include, managing the direct and indirect costs and reporting function, interfacing with other project team members, including Engineering, Construction, Subcontractors, Procurement, Home Office Cost Controls, and Accounting. Change management and identification of potential risks will be integral to the reporting function. Preparation and management of the Total Installed Cost (TIC) report will be a primary requirement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, construction management, business or related field
•5+ years of accounting, or cost controls experience
• Experience working on various projects to include coordinating and executing project issues. Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost estimating, cost control, change management and cost analysis
• Experience in project controls, commercial operations, with emphasis on project controls and financial issues
• Skills with Excel – Pivot Tables and Macro level, Databases (MSAccess), Power BI and dashboard development, desirable.
