The Ford Performance teams get to work on all the fun stuff, work on all the new vehicles, and work closely with the racing side. The team is located in the Roush building, and they work on everything in house. Smaller teams, so you get exposure to a lot of different areas.
- The chassis systems engineer is responsible for delivering our next generation products and ensuring chassis designs meet both vehicle and customer needs. CSE is the link between the vehicle attributes/requirements and the components. The CSE role ensures vehicle tuning and/or component changes do not adversely affect error states, vehicle attributes, or quality.
- Initial position focus is on up-front program definition and development from program kick-off through initial stage of underbody verification before transitioning to downstream FP team to deliver product through launch.
