Your key responsibilities
- You form part of a wider team, driving the continual optimization of the BMC Technology roadmap with a view to make it scalable in 100 + countries. You will collaborate with teams across BMC, Markets, Knowledge, EY technology, our regions, and our partner agencies.
- Create best in class systems that will grow our digital footprint and reach, support lead generation and conversion, and more generally enable the external marketing function with technology.
- You will manage and oversee all elements of platform configuration within budget, resource and time constraints.
- You will own the Conductor (and associated technology) operating model, incorporating both the technical and business operating models, to ensure that the BMC products are properly embedded and managed within the organization, help drive adoption across service lines, sectors and regions, and maximize our operational agility and excellence.
- You will determine, document and be responsible for EY’s best practice use of the Conductor platform and associated technology across all EY firms and functions.
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong experience of managing Search for a global B2B firm
- Experience of managing the Conductor (or similar) platform (SEM Rush, SEO MOZ)
- Relentless focus on project delivery within given constraints and a constantly changing environment
- Ability to educate stakeholders of best practices in the digital landscape
- Ability to understand business needs and identify areas for cross-firm collaboration to drive business growth and deepen buyer engagement
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment
- A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually and independently
- Excellent communication, presentation and networking skills – able to effectively manage and influence leaders as well as a broad range of internal and client facing professionals in both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, managing multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to synthesize complex information into simple, high impact messages
To qualify for the role, you must have
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing search engine optimization. Should have relevant experience with the Search applications (SEO Moz, Conductor, SEM Rush etc.)
- Experience of implementing marketing technology and a strong grasp of B2B digital content and channel strategies
- A passion for Search, gained within a global business
- Experience working with highly diverse and geographically dispersed teams
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience and certification in SAFe Agile
- Conductor (or other Search platform) Certification
- Experience of managing other Search platforms
