Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Brand Technical Specialist you’ll be the go-to subject matter expert, collaborating with colleagues across the wider Sales team – advising and supporting on client engagements throughout the entire sales process.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Client Strategy Development
- Solution Definition : Define compatible IBM Sustainability solutions including ESG solutions, Asset Management solutions and Supply Chain soltuions.
- Proof of Concept Creation : Provide proof of concepts and simplify complex technical concepts for client understanding.
- Stakeholder Relationship Building : Build credibility and trust with stakeholders to facilitate the closing of complex Sustainability SW technology deals.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Demonstrated expertise consultative selling techniques to deliver technology solutions tailored to complex use-cases preferably on ESG and Asset Management solutions.
- Business Goal Translation: Translate business goals into effective tech solutions.
- Tech Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate on tech strategies for business success.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Stakeholder Influence: Proven track record of influencing diverse senior stakeholders.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Knowledge of corporate action and responses to climate change and/or ESG reporting standards such as SASB, GRI, CDP, GRESB, NGERS etc.
- Domain expertise in sustainability, energy and/or asset optimization management solutions and services is highly desirable
