Responsible for executing partners fleet strategy, and delivering partners high-quality fleet projects.
Closely work together with NIKE internal teams to ensure the feasible door opening / Renovation cadence through NIKE strategy.
Responsibilities
Work closely with fleet director to improve fleet productivity under the joint fleet development vision with partners through city cluster strategy.
Seamlessly execute marketplace fleet development plan and improve partners fleet structure.
Develop strong cross functional relationships with cross-functional teams, also cultivate team innovation & creativity through national collaborations.
Enhance partners fleet development capabilities and drive better co-working fleet process.
Requirements of this role
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.
Solid partner management skills.
Solid communication and influence skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
Rich knowledge of marketplace and fleet.
Knowledge of financial P&L analysis and business forecast.
