The role will manage Samsung Dotcom and Affiliate Marketing operations for the Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) region. The scope We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Content & Publishing Manager with experience in agency and vendor management to lead the execution of web content across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & other digital channels. this role, you will oversee content publishing activities delivered by external partners, ensuring high quality, SEO-optimized, and brand-compliant content.You will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and agency teams to drive timely and accurate website updates across global markets.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end regional content publishing workflows within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Manage agency deliverables and SLAs, ensuring timely and high-quality content deployment across websites and landing pages.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (brand marketing, product, legal, design) and external publishing vendors or agencies.
  • Oversee agency execution of content updates, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, digital strategy, accessibility (WCAG), and SEO best practices.
  • Coordinate content calendars and prioritization across regional and business unit teams. Develop regional D2C campaign assets to be utilized across digital channels.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) on published content to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Track publishing requests, timelines, and approvals using workflow tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Collaborate with SEO, analytics, and UX teams to ensure content is structured for visibility and engagement.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements for publishing governance, documentation, and agency onboarding.
  • Provide training and support to regional content owners or agency partners on AEM best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in content publishing, content planning or digital operations with hands-on agency/vendor coordination.
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring, component usage, and content workflows.
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including on-page optimization, metadata, site structure, and content tagging.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple agency partners or offshore publishing teams.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
