Sr. Market Manager, Ultrasound – Point of Care and Women’s Health & Cardiovascular (Nashville)
As the, you will play a critical role in drivingfor thebusiness. In this role, you will partner closely with the commercial sales teams, providingto win competitive deals and enhance sales effectiveness.
Your role:
You will act as the primary point of contact for the POC and WHC ultrasound sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools, information, and resources to succeed.
- You will manage the discount envelope (price realization) for assigned regions and/or products to optimize profitability.
- You will lead the logistics planning and execution of local, regional and national trade shows and provide both in-person and remote support.
- You will train sales teams on quoting new products, transition programs, and promotional offerin gs to drive accurate proposal creation and streamline the selling process.
- You will provide functional leadership for a team of three Sales Support Specialists focused on order booking, change order management, and back-office processes.
You're the right fit if:
- You’ve acquired a minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or market management, preferably in high-tech, healthcare, or med-tech industries . You have proven leadership experience managing a team of direct reports. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills to drive deal execution and market growth. You have the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and engage key stakeholders effectively.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills to influence internal teams and customers with experience in trade show management, product launches, and sales enablement initiatives . You are proficient in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You have a process improvement mindset , with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement. You have a willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

The pay range for this position in TN is $85,000 to $210,000.
