Description
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO- Drive budgeting, measurement, and analysis of overall CPU power for many use cases of interest- Partner with CAD and drive tools and methodologies for power optimization- Work closely with SOC team to model and optimize CPU contribution of power
Key Qualifications
- Minimum BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
- Familiarity with high performance microprocessor architecture
- Knowledge of logic design principles along with timing and power implications
- Understanding of low power microarchitecture and implementation techniques
- Design experience in deep submicron technologies and basic device physics
- Experience with scripting in Perl and C is a must
Education & Experience
Minimum BS and 10+ years of relevant industry experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
