* Provide thought leadership and support the development of continuously-evolving business analytics and data models, own the quantitative analysis of project opportunity and ROI.* Translate difficult business problem statements into data science frameworks; build, evaluate, and optimize statistical and machine learning models to solve focused business problems.* Retrieve, analyze, and synthesize critical data into a format that is immediately useful to answering specific questions or informing operational decisions.* Stay up front with latest technology development in the science domain, including but not limited to machine learning, generative AI and large language models, and drive science applications in products and programs in SDS.* Conduct written and verbal presentations to share insights to audiences of varying levels of technical sophistication.A day in the life1. - 5+ years of data querying languages (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. Python) or statistical/mathematical software (e.g. R, SAS, Matlab, etc.) experience
- 4+ years of data scientist experience
- Experience with statistical models e.g. multinomial logistic regression
- Bachelor's degree

- 2+ years of data visualization using AWS QuickSight, Tableau, R Shiny, etc. experience
- Experience managing data pipelines
- Experience as a leader and mentor on a data science team
