You will be reporting into the EMEA Senior Manager Brand Planning and building a broad & diverse network across the organization working with:

  • Brand Planning & -Operations Team

  • Brand Marketing Team

  • LeadershipTeam

  • Global Brand Planning team

  • X-functional stakeholders, i.e. Business, Strategy team, Cities



You have a strong strategic mindset leading seasonal strategies as well as the
upstream planning process.
You are comfortable operating at a Sr. leadership level as this role will give you great exposure to the leadership team as
you will partner with this team to define priorities for our Geo.
You have the ability to progress even in the most ambiguous situations.
You are able to manage and lead multiple projects with multiple stakeholders with an eye on the detail whilst
being able to zoom out to understand the bigger picture and prioritize against organizational needs.

Minimum requirements:

  • Senior-level professional

  • Natural strategic thinker with the ability to make the complex simple

  • You have a track record of leading complex, multi-functional projects

  • Experience in achieving goals through working with others (ie not sole contributor)

  • Able to navigate a complex matrix and push work forwards

  • Problem solving skills

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Excited to be the beating heart of the marketing team leading & driving the upstream planning of our seasonal brand plans? On a daily base you will be…

  • Bringing Nike's strategy to life through our longterm & seasonal offence, collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders, including the leadership team.

  • Guiding a broad marketing team through a planning process by providing strategic input on the development of the season, defning priorities, clearly communicating upcoming milestones, articulating expectations for marketing at each gate, and building templates/assets/documentation, as needed.

  • Partnering with Brand Operations to ensure seamless handover from upstream planning to downstream execution.

  • Leading and driving the input of yearly and quarterly milestones e.g Quarterly Business Reviews

  • Supporting the EMEA Marketing VP in the Brand Employee meetings

  • Constantly reviewing & challenging the status quo to further innovate and evolve the Brand Planning Team in ways of working and driving excellence
