As the Associate Director, Global Brand Manager for the Global OTC Team, you will shape the future of our No. 1 brand Sudrocrem as we expand and innovate globally. With over 90 years of heritage in skin treatment, and currently available in nearly 50 countries across the globe. Within our new corporate strategy, we aim to dynamically grow the brand by boosting media support and promotional efforts, expanding our portfolio, and broadening our geographic reach.

How you’ll spend your day
  • Market Research : Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and track competitors’ activities.
  • Brand Analysis : Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strategy : Develop and execute brand strategy implementation tactics.
  • Innovation Pipeline : Develop and manage the brand pipeline, ensuring the preparation, launch, and execution of new product developments.
  • Brand/Product Management : Oversee on global scale pricing, regulatory, and supply chain.
  • Asset Development : Create global brand assets in line with strategy and consumer trends/insights, in collaboration with Creative Agency & Insights Teams.
  • Media Strategy : Develop media strategies with the Global Media Agency.
  • Brand Community Management : Manage the global brand community.
  • Cross-Divisional Team Coordination : Collaborate with supply, project management, portfolio, innovation, consumer insight, and sales teams.
  • Market Collaboration : Maintain close contact with markets to monitor strategy execution, collect learnings, and propose corrective actions.
  • Best Practices Establishment : Establish and share best practices for tactic implementation.
  • Performance Measurement : Measure and report the performance of brand, the marketing campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIs.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Experience : Proven experience as a Global/Regional Brand Manager or Marketing/Category Manager in OTC/cosmetics - 10+ years in marketing.
  • Education : Degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Strategic Development : Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies as well creating distinctive and effective consumer campaigns.
  • Marketing Expertise : Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
  • NPD Experience : Experience in New Product Development and market introductions.
  • Trend Awareness : Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Travel : Ability to travel 10-15% of the time as needed.
