As a, you are responsible for following defined procedures and methodologies to install, configure, test, maintain, and support hardware and software solutions.
Your role:
Scope, design, build, deploy, and integrate ICCA solutions tailored to customer needs.
Fulfill software implementation deliverables, including detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.
Analyze customer requirements to provide technical recommendations, mentor and train customers, resolve technical issues, and offer proactive technical support.
Contribute to Philips' global knowledge sharing initiatives, assess repeatable processes, practice strong configuration management and version control, and drive continuous improvements based on customer feedback.
Be a key member of the implementation project and service team, promoting collaboration and representing Philips professionally in both customer-facing and internal situations.
You're the ideal candidate if:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , Engineering, or a related field, along with relevant certifications and licenses.
You have over 5 years of experience in a similar role , preferably with expertise in the healthcare sector.
You possess strong communication skills in English and Swedish - is a must have
You are willing to work flexibly, with a combination of remote working, onsite activity within the Nordics, and occasional European travel
