What will you be doing?

• Leading responsibility over SolarEdge products once released to mass production and during full life cycle.
• Lead and expand a well-versed team specializing in hardware, mechanics, and embedded systems working on cutting-edge power electronics products.
• Provide technical management for engineering projects and deliverables, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders within SolarEdge.
• Plan for future product modifications while maintaining existing systems.
• Handle staff hiring, people management, career development, and provide coaching.
• Develop, institute, and uphold best practices within the team to create a high-performance environment that delivers on predictable schedules.
• Prepare and control budgets for labor and non-labor costs.
