Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Analyze employee survey data (quantitative and qualitative) and design effective data visualizations
• Perform regular reports on HR data
• Create appealing and engaging visual, data and text reporting materials for various target audiences
• Support conceptualization, roll out, execution, and impact evaluation of employee engagement initiatives such as Learning and Development, New Hire Onboarding
• Design and manage content on information pages and internal communication channels
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with focus on Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology, HRM, Analytics, or similar
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
• Creative and strategic thinker, data-inspired storyteller
• Curious about organizational development and change management
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus
