Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in program management.
- Experience leading technical programs involving AI/ML development or deployment, working closely with engineering teams.
- Familiarity with common product abuse vectors, user policy issues, and enforcement operations.
- Understanding of application of multiple program management approaches and methodologies.
- Ability to lead complex projects across new and evolving stakeholder groups.
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders and effectively communicate the potential and limitations of AI solutions across the organization.
