This role will be pivotal in rethinking how to revolutionize Reliability and Maintenance Engineering leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs).Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Lead the design and development of GenAI powered solutions to transform maintenance operations- Stay abreast of industry trends in GenAI, LLMs, and related disciplines, bringing fresh and innovative concepts, ideas, and prototypes to the organization.

- PhD, or Master's degree and 5+ years of quantitative field research experience
- Knowledge of AWS platforms such as S3, Glue, Athena, Sagemaker
- 3+ years of investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business problems and products experience

- Experience converting research studies into tangible real-world changes
- Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) experience is a must
