Guide skilled technical staff and crafts in executing maintenance projects across various facilities systems which includes Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical & Instrumentation
Provide comprehensive training and mentoring to shift personnel, promoting career growth and enhancing team performance
Formulate policies and procedures, supervise operational activities, and plan the efficient use of materials and human resources
Serve as the primary point of contact for shift-related issues, managing escalations, resolving technical problems, and acting as incident commander during facility excursions
Conduct complex analyses, including root cause and failure mode analyses, to identify reliability improvements and implement effective corrective actions
Work with external service providers and contractors to ensure adherence to service agreements, quality standards, and safety protocols
Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems and equipment, validate task completion, ensure compliance with protocols (PM, SOP, SMP, PTP, etc.), and review performance data to measure productivity and achieve goals
What You’ll Bring
6+ years of related trade experience supporting industrial manufacturing facilities with experience in BMS, Inventory Management, and CMMS applications
Ability to sit at computer terminal, uses computer for extended periods of time, stand and/or walk for 10+ hours per day
Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per site protocol
Capable of obtaining OSHA 30 within 3 months of hire, and capable of lifting at least 20 pounds
Support and/or work shift duties in a 24x7 manufacturing environment
