Job Description:

Intel Resale Corporation (IRC) is responsible for transacting sales of surplus assets at arm’s length from Intel Corporation. Inte Resale Corporation acts as a provider of innovative, effective, and sustainable solutions that maximize value for Intel through the disposition, reclamation, and resale of surplus assets in the secondary market, creating lasting value for our customers, partners, and the planet.

As an IRC Sales Specialist, your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the sales of Intel's excess Finished Goods, ODM material, and IT equipment into newly established market segments.
  • Responsible for the development of new revenue streams by regularly engaging in cross functional collaboration efforts with Intel product design, planning, and sales groups.
  • Lead the sales of assets that Intel no longer requires for production including fab, assembly test, lab equipment, facilities items, and spare parts.
  • Develop market strategies via a direct sales model.
  • Work closely with management to identify inventory opportunities via a push/pull process.
  • Responsible for precious metal reclaim and destruction of intellectual property.
  • Lead market research, data management reporting, and process optimization. Partner with Intel Environmental Health and Safety, Corporate Security, and manufacturing organizations to achieve cross organizational goals.
  • Responsible for nonstandard payments that are due to Intel including service fees, volume rebates, remedies, and commissions.
  • This includes forecasting, program development, and cross functional collaboration to grow the business.
  • Lead Intel Resale's business continuity and risk management which includes enhancement and improvement roadmaps, excursion reports, risk mitigation plans, supplier plan audits, and risk mapping.
  • Responsible for the organization's control indicators which include quarterly sales audits and report outs.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel’s immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, asset recovery, or supply chain
  • 7+ years of experience working with service suppliers and managing external partnerships

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel; SAP experience is a plus
  • Relevant experience in semiconductor or electronics industry
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills to optimize deal outcomes.
  • Proven ability to track and analyze sales data to inform pricing and strategy.
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple high-value transactions efficiently.
