- 5 years of experience managing profit and loss (P&L) for business.
- Experience managing teams

- Entrepreneurial drive and with experience developing high-growth technology products and services.
- Ability to lead the strategy for the next generation of engaging experiences within Commerce.
- Ability to set and drive the “big picture” strategy with leadership while also having the ability to provide detailed technical guidance to the team, enabling them to execute more effectively and deliver products.
- Ability to build relationships and lead through influence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving skills, combined with outstanding business judgment, communication, and prioritization skills.
