  1. Achieve the annual internal target and business development plan which contains three areas:
    a. Achieve the quarterly Case Targets
    b. Corporate Account Management activities by conducting the effective and productive health talk events with required Case Targets converting rate
    c. As corporate account manager would strongly develop new corporate accounts in various industries according to sales roadmap.

  2. Responsible for the sales astheir businessand be willing to take responsibility for its planning and development in what is a high growth business
    a. Build strong ethical business relationships with selected corporate accounts to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share through health talks and other activities for these accountsemployees and their VIPs
    b. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental, company goals and comply with all policies, practices and procedures
    c. Engage certified doctors to develop potential corporate accounts for new cases
    d. Balance the short term operational needs with the long term organizational needs of the business
    e. Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to trigger the interest of Corporate Account, and be able to leverage resources for Case generation.3. Within the context of the Align business strategy, develop and direct the implementation of sales strategy for Taiwan with a key focus on growth of the Corporate Accounts.
    4. Manage and implement sales processes and apply internally developed sales framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness
    5. Leverage and use of salesforce.com to track, analyze, manage clients, and performance
    6. Embrace and champion compliance, change and face past culture across theorganization.

    Education and /or Experience
    11. 3 years working experience in sales or business development with key account management exp.
    12. PR background or headhunter background with HR contact and/or C-Level contact would be a plus
    13. Has experience working in MNC is highly preferable
    14. Excellent presentation skills and leadership
