Core to this role is a keen understanding of the technology, product development lifecycles, and creative processes. The ideal candidate will work in quick and rapid iterative cycles, with creativity and humility toformulate new ideas using structured thinking to inform the approach. This position requires working closely with cross-functional teams such as Content Development, Engineering, Product, Operations, andMarketing.
- 6+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and prioritization
- Demonstrated expertise working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
- Track record collaborating with creatives, engineers and supporting multi-disciplinary teams to ideate, iterate, and launch new content
- Expertise in creating project plans, executive presentations and tracking documents including scheduling and meeting notes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
- Experience managing multiple projects, resources, schedules, and priorities across multiple work streams, ensuring high-quality solutions in a continuously evolving creative environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar focus
- Video and/or Content Delivery background
