• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering • Engineer in Training Certification (EIT) • Has demonstrated years of professional experience on rail and transit projects • Professional expertise with MicroStation and/or InRail (or AutoCad) • Knowledge of AREMA and local railroad criteria • Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills • Demonstrates strong problem solving mindset working in Team Environment • Excellent communication skills • Strong focus on client service • Support plan set development meeting client expectations
