The Product Solutions Architect will be a trusted technical advisor for our largest and most complex partnerships-led solutions, through our channel partnerships network including 200+ partners world-wide. As a Partnerships product solution architect, you will shape & design valuable solutions on top of monday.com core offering.

Beyond working with channel partners, the Product Solution Architect will work with cross-functional interfaces including Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales & Customer Success. The Product Solution Architect should master the skill set of combining technical & business aspects to drive best in class solutions while he builds a new practice from scratch.

About The Role

The Product Solutions Architect will be a trusted technical advisor for our largest and most complex partnerships-led solutions, through our channel partnerships network including 200+ partners world-wide. As a Partnerships product solution architect, you will shape & design valuable solutions on top of monday.com core offering.

Beyond working with channel partners, the Product Solution Architect will work with cross-functional interfaces including Product Management, R&D, Professional Services, Marketing, Sales & Customer Success. The Product Solution Architect should master the skill set of combining technical & business aspects to drive best in class solutions while he builds a new practice from scratch.

  • Work with partners and internal stakeholders to scope, architect, design, and implement solutions using the monday.com Work management.
  • Support new deals from pre-sales stage, to POC, to post sale delivery.
  • Responsible for working with enterprise customers to solve complex issues through defining their unique setup with monday.com.
  • Plan and design customer’s onboarding solutions, API integrations, reporting program, custom scripting, user management, write user guides & best practices, deliver presentations, conduct ROI discussions and more.
  • Design more complex solutions that utilize our developer tools, such as the monday APIs and apps framework
  • Supplement complex workflows using no-code tools like Zapier, Integromat, Mulesoft, etc
  • Push the limits of the monday.com Work OS by building complex workflows.
  • Work closely with our Product Managers, R&D and CISO to ensure that our partners’ & customers' goals are achieved.
  • Play an active role in initiating, researching, and extending monday.com product capabilities for our partners & customers to exceed business goals.
  • Work closely with the multiple stakeholders within Partners, Sales, CS & Professional Services to advise and design creative solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
  • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the professional services practice.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for our partners world-wide.
  • Develop proficient knowledge of the monday Apps framework and its capabilities in order to detect what can or cannot be achieved with it while designing a solution. Mastering monday.com marketplace and our apps framework is crucial in the journey to shape and build new solutions.
  • Constantly learn about monday.com products and modern technologies to offer the best in case solution for our customers.
Your Experience & Skills
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as product manager / pre-sales consultant / technical customer success / professional services manager / technological consulting, specifically within implementation of complex SAAS products.
  • Specializes in digesting complex business requirements and designing comprehensive solutions that are flexible and adaptable to the client's needs.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTfu, GraphQL)
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Positive attitude, can-do approach, empathy, and high energy
  • Ability to take initiatives and adapt within high pace product releases.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives and shifting their focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat) and web services.
  • BA or BS degree. MBA- an advantage.
