• Coordinating project timelines, budgets, construction activity, and personnel to successfully complete assigned projects
• Defining and executing competitive bidding strategy
• Specifying equipment performance and design criteria
• Maintaining effective communication with project team, staff, and project owners
• Establishing accountability through understanding applicable codes and guidelines to ensure designs meet codes, guidelines, and standards

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree/Technical Diploma or higher in an Engineering or Science discipline
  (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institute and Three (3) combined years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
  in an Engineering or Science discipline
  (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and One (1) year of experience in project management in a private, public, government or military environment.

• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a bachelor’s degree or higher in chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering
• Prior experience with webline, extrusion, material handling, or inspection equipment
• Prior experience with manufacturing equipment
